What if you could cultivate self-compassion and confidence
So you can navigate life’s daily challenges with clarity and ease?
How committed are you to create meaningful change in your life?
Hello, I’m Carine, your neurodivergent coach.
I empower individuals to create more fulfilling lives. With over 10 years of navigating the corporate world and first-hand experience as a queer, mixed-race, neurodivergent woman, I bring a unique and intersectional perspective to coaching. My focus is on:
Neurodiverisity:
Understanding how your brain works and embracing your unique cognitive strengths.
Work(place) challenges:
Navigating the corporate world with a mindset that honours your diverse identity and needs
Intersectional identities:
Empowering you to show up fully in all your diversity, acknowledging the complexity of your experiences.
Wellbeing:
Creating balance and fostering self-compassion in a world that often asks you to fit in.
LGBTQ+ related ‘issues’:
Supporting you through the challenges of being your true self in a world that often feels at odds with that
My journey is as diverse as the identities I hold.
I know what it's like to feel different. I’m a queer, mixed-race, neurodivergent woman, and I’ve spent much of my life navigating spaces where I didn't always fit in or felt like I had to minimize parts of myself to be accepted.
From the outside, my career seemed successful—but internally, I struggled. I felt inadequate, overwhelmed, and often embarrassed by my neurodivergence and the ways it impacted my ability to meet deadlines or function in structured environments.
In 2022, I decided to hit pause. For over 10 years, I worked as an international logistics expert in corporate environments like Google, the Department of Health and Reckitt. I took a career break, traveled, volunteered, and finally received my ADD diagnosis. This was the catalyst for my transformation into coaching.
I’m passionate about supporting people to navigate their own unique identities and life paths, especially when they feel out of place or overwhelmed by society's expectations. My approach to coaching is deeply intersectional, meaning I don’t just focus on one aspect of who you are. I understand the complexity of your lived experiences, and I embrace the wholeness of your identity—whether you are neurodivergent, queer, mixed-race, or someone who has experienced life through many lenses.
Through coaching, I’ll help you honor all parts of yourself—creating strategies and frameworks that not only work but also reflect the beautiful, multifaceted person you truly are. Together, we can make your life lighter, more aligned, and more authentic.
“Nothing is wrong with you or your brain, you ‘just’ need to learn how you function. That’s where my thoughtful coaching approach can support you.”

Testimony
Hana, August 2025
‘I started my coaching journey with Carine with zero expectations. Over the 12 sessions that followed Carine helped me learn so much about myself - always with a healthy dose of humour and empathy!
She really supported me to explore the ways in which my ADHD shows up - whether in my relationships with others, or my body and mental health. Together, we looked at my strengths, weaknesses and worked out strategies for self-compassion. I was able to be vulnerable and always felt supported and safe when doing so.
Carine gave me practical advice around unmasking, boundary-setting, navigating conflict/RSD, as well as identifying and advocating for my needs. This was truly transformative. It enabled me to set boundaries and advocate for myself for the first time in my 27 years of life!
Carine’s holistic and intersectional approach made me feel seen, understood and heard. I am so grateful. I feel like a very different person to when I started my journey. I have grown in confidence, my relationships with others are much healthier and I am way more in sync with my self/body. I would recommend Carine to anyone and look forward to booking more sessions in the future!’
